At The Diva Wears Papa, we strive to make sure your orders arrive quickly and safely. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping processes, costs, and estimated delivery times.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard shipping across the U.S. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for faster delivery.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Generally, international orders take 10-15 business days for delivery. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates:
Standard U.S. Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
The Diva Wears Papa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting your local post office or the shipping carrier. If you're still having issues, reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately at Lezly@thedivawearspapa.com. We can only correct addresses within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rates. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
